Curriculum Design Team

Team Mission: Identify, develop and implement a seamless training process to provide on-going individualized personal and professional development to all staff to meet the needs of the department and consumers.

The Curriculum Design Team provides support services for the implementation and development of training programs for the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation. This eleven member team facilitated by the HRD Program Administrator represents all job functions within the agency from both rural and urban areas across the state. The team members were selected by agency leadership and their respective supervisors due to their expertise in performing their job responsibilities and because they have a history of involvement or interest in training and development. The charge of this team is to develop training initiatives, identify proper methods of delivery, determine cost efficiencies, assure the qualifications and credentials of identified trainers, review objectives developed for the courses and evaluate outcomes for continuous improvement purposes.
