Human Resource Development Overview
The Human Resource Development Program Administrator (HRD) is responsible for overseeing the training and development for the agency. The administrator also acts as the training liaison for the agency. Responsibilities for this employee include the dissemination of information from internal and external resources regarding educational and professional development opportunities for agency staff. Training participation for agency employees is always based on funding availability and must be in compliance with federal, state and agency policies.

- Development and maintenance of In-Service Training Grant;
- Monitors In-Service Training budget;
- Coordinates compliance (CSPD
- Facilitates the CSPD Team;
- In conjunction with agency leadership, develops policies regarding training and tuition assistance;
- Liaison with Colleges and Universities
- Guidance and direction on obtaining certifications;
- Facilitates the Curriculum Design Team;
- Agency TACE Coordinator;
- Implements online training opportunities;
- Maintains the Training website.
