Agency Transcripts

The agency is mandated to enter all available training information on employees into the learning management system (LMS) maintained by the Governmental Services Center.  The LMS allows state agencies to enter the information and print transcripts for the employees.  These transcripts contain information regarding all employee in-service training. The sign-in sheets provided during agency training are used to enter the data into individual records on the LMS.  To have external training information (such as conference attendance), the employee must submit a copy of the certificate of completion from the training to the HRD program administrator.

Employees who would like a copy of their training transcript may contact the HRD program administrator for a copy of the report.
